Cardinal Pumps and Exchangers Inc. announces the sale of its Compressor/Breaker/Switchgear business to FirstPower Group LLC, effective immediately. All assets of the business are included in the sale, which removes Cardinal from the Compressor/Breaker/Switchgear industry. Select employees of Cardinal formerly involved with this segment have been presented with the opportunity to join FirstPower Group.
FirstPower Group will continue operations in the Twinsburg facilities previously occupied by Cardinal.
